Terms of Use

1. Service provider

FamiZelo is provided by Costa Nova Associados em Assessoria Empresarial LTDA, CNPJ 61.988.928/0001-10. Contact: suporte@famizelo.com.br.

2. Eligibility and account security

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Each user must use their own sign-in credential — an Apple Account on iOS or a verified WhatsApp number — protect temporary codes and authorized devices, keep circle data accurate, and never share access.

3. Family circle and authorization

A person who creates or manages a circle must invite only people involved in care and must have valid authorization from the person receiving care or legal authority to represent them. Every member must respect that person's privacy, autonomy, and dignity.

4. What the service provides

FamiZelo provides a personal agenda to the person receiving care and a follow-up dashboard to authorized family members or caregivers. It organizes check-ins, medications, appointments, tasks, alerts, preventive message checks, documents, private entries in FamiZelo Listens, and user-authorized compatible readings from Health Connect or Apple Health.

5. Not medical care or an emergency service

FamiZelo organizes information and family communication. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not provide prescriptions, continuous clinical monitoring, or emergency response. Consult a healthcare professional for guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. Contact local emergency services in an immediate-risk situation.

6. Scam checks

Message analysis is preventive and can be wrong. A low-risk result does not prove a message is legitimate. Never share passwords or codes, and verify financial requests through a number or channel you already know.

7. FamiZelo Listens

The person may record how they feel by text or voice. Transcription and automated organization can contain errors, so the text must be reviewed before confirmation. The feature may identify recurring or explicit attention signals, but it does not identify or predict disease, diagnose, or replace clinical assessment.

8. Health integrations

Integration depends on the operating system, the device, its sensors, and granted permissions. Readings may be delayed, absent, or inaccurate. On iOS, FamiZelo requests read-only access to the displayed categories and never writes Apple Health data. Any attention range should be set with professional guidance.

9. Content and documents

You remain responsible for submitted information and files and confirm that you may use them. Do not submit unlawful, malicious, misleading, discriminatory, or unnecessary content.

10. Prohibited use

• Using the service to surveil, coerce, exploit, or discriminate against the person receiving care.
• Attempting to access another circle or bypass security controls.
• Submitting malicious code, automating abusive access, or using data for fraud.
• Reselling or copying the service or its identity without permission.

11. Availability and security

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, internet failures, or provider outages may occur. Keep essential emergency contacts and information available outside the app as well.

12. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or technical necessity, while respecting applicable legal rights.

13. Intellectual property

The FamiZelo brand, interface, software, and original content belong to the company or its licensors. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights guaranteed by applicable law. Within legal limits, we are not responsible for medical or financial decisions made without appropriate confirmation, misuse by invited members, or failures of external services outside our control.

15. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will highlight material changes. Brazilian law applies, subject to consumer rights and any legally competent forum.
