You can end your access and request deletion of your personal data directly in FamiZelo without contacting support.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to FamiZelo with the Apple Account or verified WhatsApp number for your account.
- Open My profile in the personal agenda or Family and profile in the family dashboard.
- In Delete my account, type DELETE.
- Confirm deletion. Your session ends immediately.
What is removed
Your access profile, private requests and responses, personal notifications, and personal scam checks are removed. If you are the only member of a circle, that circle and its files are also deleted.
In shared circles, administration is transferred to another member. Care records needed for continuity may remain pseudonymized as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Unable to sign in?
Email suporte@famizelo.com.br, include the email associated with your Apple Account or the international number used for the account, and never send a password, temporary code, or access token. We may request additional identity confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion.
